Is the D&J factory open to physical visits?
At present, our head office and factory are undergoing extensive renovations and will not be open for tours, chemical offloading, or loading. Please contact our customer service team for inquiries or to place and fulfill your orders. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you to our upgraded facilities soon.
Do customers need to pay before orders are delivered?
Yes. However, payment terms can be flexible depending on established business relationships.
